Best Communicator Award 2010

"The judging panel rewards the architectural elegance of the pavilion which, in its choice of mono-material rigour, doesn't lack in a varied articulation of the space. Through a mythological evocation, the  project actually speaks a modern and contemporary language, conveyed by the suggestive presence of furnishing objects that become metaphysical, reactive, emotional."

For these reasons Pibamarmi obtained the Best Communicator Award in the recent edition of Marmomacc. The recognition, given to the firm for the third time, awarded the pavilion designed by Manuel Aires Mateus and entitled "A Temple for Stone Gods".
